Today I went in to Toni and guy on the off chance that may have a free appointment luckily they did and I was told by the receptionist about extra booster treatments which was really helpful as my hair is really long and prone to dryness and frizz I had my hair washed and was given a lovely head massage. I then had a consultation with Sophie who was very professional and really listened to what I said but to be honest I'm not the best at explaining what I would like however she knew exactly what to do and did an amazing cut for me and it was just what I wanted I am so happy with it and she did not take too much of the length like I asked and she put in the shape that I needed. I will definitely not be going anywhere else as Toni and guy always deliver and are a pleasure to visit. Thanks again to Sophie I can honestly say I've never been this happy with a hair cut and style before and she was very friendly and attentive.
