Went for a balayage and asked for purple and silver hair. Hairdresser was super accommodating - wasn't phased when I told her about the old dye on my hair, said it wasn't a problem to put unnatural hair colour on my hair. Colour came out great - that is, until I washed it. Within 1 wash almost all the colour came off my hair and now I have weird grey, green tinged hair that cost me £110.
Rung up to complain and was offered a colour kit so I can redye myself every couple of days. Why would I pay £110 for 24 hours of colour and to have to do it myself? I understand crazy hair colours don't stay forever but was expecting a month at least and for it to fade naturally. Now I have to dye it myself to try and get it back to looking vaguely normal.
Was very happy with my haircut that was done by Imogen. Only small criticism would be that my hair was washed over a very dirty basin which had left over hairdye residue. I did mention this to Imogen who said that she will speak to the girl and kind of made excuses about it but would have appreciated an apology.
Darryl is such a good hair dresser. He is great at his job and pushes me to be different. We spontaneously went for a short cut today, taking about 6" off length. It looked great and his attention to detail was superb. I went on a date afterwards and felt a million dollars! X
