Great haircut by Robert once again. He listens to what I would like and really understands my hair, which is cut short. Such a nice salon.

Jacqui knows my hair and knows how bad I am at styling it do always does me a style that suits and that I can manage myself.

My two daughters (10 and 12 years old) came out of the salon extremely happy, really enjoyed their haircut and loved the way all the staff talked to them.

Great friendly member of staff. Explainted what all the products he used and how they helpped my hair. Love my hair and will defo be returning

I had my hair cut by Robert and what a lovely young man he is. He listened carefully to what I said I wanted, cut my hair exactly how I had asked and talked me through what he was doing all the way..
He was very friendly and chatty and his customer service was on fire.

I am new to the area and have been on the search for a new hairdresser. My first experience at Serene hair and beauty was with Rob. What a delightful young man he is.
Rob listened carefully to what I said I wanted and cut my hair in exactly the way I had asked. He was very approachable and friendly, and provided excellent customer service.
The salon itself is bright and welcoming and clean.

This little oasis in Broadstairs is just the best salon in the area. The staff are friendly, professional and great at what they do. I go to Jacqui specialises in bobs and since I found Serene after moving back here last year, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My first visit- Very friendly staff. Made to feel relaxed. Chatted through style options and really happy with cut and fresh style.
My daughter also had her hair cut with another stylist and was super happy with her cut!

Megan always listens to what I would like and offers her advice which I trust.
She goes above and beyond and I always leave happy.

The customer service was perfect, everyone’s so friendly and they did a perfect job with my hair and got exactly what I wanted thanks to my stylist. 100% recommend, also very lovely environment.

I have awkward thick hair and Robert did a great job of colouring and cutting my hair. I get nervous about new stylist's cutting my hair as they usually can't do it very well. I will definitely be back to see you and would highly recommend him.
