We were 10 mins late for our appointment and I phoned ahead and apologised explaining we were on our way. When we arrived i didnt feel very welcome, the stylist spent a few minutes going over what we wanted and then took a futher 5 minutes getting herself ready. Both of us felt we were being rushed out the door. Both of our hair looked lovely however when i originally asked about price I was told it started from 30 pounds buy would not be much more than this. We paid 45 pounds each! And we were both done in half an hour but charged for 45 minutes each very confusing. The girl who saw us out was l9vely very polite and chatty. Felt the stylist was cold and like we were an inconvenience to her. But like in say our hair looked lovely.
Hi Katie, Thank you for your feedback , Im really sorry that you felt that you was rushed and overpriced , We did have two stylists working on your hair , one was washing drying and curling your friends hair while Pauline was putting your hair up thats why the service was quicker than planned , Our hair up price is £45.00 so again im sorry if you was mis lead on the price , As a good will gesture we would like to offer you a £10.00 gift card each . I am however very pleased that you was pleased with your hair and hope you enjoyed your event .
