Not impressed at all. Was not offered a refreshment, stylist seemed like she was rushing, did not blow dry hair properly so it ended up frizzy half an hour later, when I rang and booked I clearly asked for a wash, cut and blow dry and was quoted £32.50. However, I learned that this is the price for a blow dry only, so I ended up having to pay £60! Good for half an hour's work! I repeatedly queried the price but the salon would not have it so I begrudgingly ended up having to pay the unbelievably extortionate fee. I have been to a lot of different hair salons in my time and I believe this is the worst one I have ever been to. Will definitely not be returning or recommending! It will also explain why there was only one other customer in there - incredibly poor.
