I was a regular client for several years, and was very happy until I had cause to complain. I was treated with hostility, rudeness, and outright refused the opportunity to resolve the situation with the Salon owner. I was even sent a threatening letter accusing me of causing criminal damage because I shut the door firmly as I left in disgust!
Absolutely no way I can ever recommend this Salon in future!
