I love getting my hair cut and coloured here. From the minute you walk in it’s welcoming, everyone is friendly. Whenever I get my haircut/coloured everyone comments how nice it is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and haven’t for 20 years!

The staff made me feel very welcomed. Amazing work on my hair. Meg is the best hairdresser and great advice from Andy on hair dye.

The Canterbury branch has always been a welcoming venue for all things hair. I have had several "stylists" in the many years of attending and am now with Meg as a result of previous folk departing the company. She is delightful. She cares about her passion. She is friendly and yet professional. What a credit to the company. The hypnotic and persistent music could be more varied although I can understand why it is selected.

Would like to thank Lee for yet another great haircut. Also friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience.

I won’t get my hair cut anywhere else as I think Katie does a brilliant job of cutting my curly hair. Like the atmosphere in the salon. Sometimes wish the musics could be a little quieter (last weekend was however much quieter). Prices are high but I’m prepared to pay that for a great haircut.

He patiently talked me through the options, gave excellent advice on colours and carefully tailored everything to suit my hair and lifestyle (low maintenance very important)! Ringo has been cutting my hair for probably 10+ years. I think that is revommendation enough! The salon is always lively and welcoming and all the staff are very friendly. Couldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Had a cut and colour at Toni and Guy this week. I had a consultation beforehand where I felt listen to and felt the service was individualised to me. When I return for the appointment I was welcomed by all the staff. The lady that done my hair was absolutely lovely and clearly very experienced/passionate about her work. This is will now be my go to hairsalon. Would not hesitate in recommended them. Outstanding service.

Friendly, chilled out atmosphere and some really gifted cutters. They’ll give you loads of advice and ideas and advice and I’ve never seen anyone walk out of there looking anything but fab.

I waited a bit longer than usual to have my colour washed off, which was unusual. The girl who eventually came to wash and dry it was lovely and very efficient.

I’m really happy with the cut and colour of my hair - Andy has got the colour absolutely right and even though we have a tease over hairspray, I love how Ringo cuts my hair.

Been going to Canterbury Toni & Guy for about three years now. I also see Jo, service and result is alway great. Quiet surprised to see the price had gone up since previous appointments though.
