The team are so friendly and the overall experience is very positive - and I hated going into a hair salon! - I have never been disappointed with my cut and Georgia is always encouraging and gives ideas where I need them. We have found our salon!

I am always happy with the salon the staff are always very pleasant courteous and offer an excellent service , the salon always looks very well cared for an interesting selection of hair products and a very varied selections of drinks for the customers Joanne my hair dresser always gives me a perfect cut and I’m very pleased with my hair when I leave it’s good to have someone who understands my hair and is always nice to chat to.

I had a different stylist today as mine was off sick. What I love about T&G is that it really doesn’t matter who you have as the standard is always high.

The poor hairdressers are run off their feet. It seems like the salon overbook clients in which means appointments always run late. I was told that they did not have time to give me a proper blow dry, but as the appointment started late, I didn’t have time to stay anyway and left with wet hair. Not the first time that’s happened! Just feel like it’s an expensive salon but poor customer experience

It is a professional salon with a very friendly atmosphere and I got an excellent haircut by Ringo.

I had a haircut and highlights booked for Saturday at 1. I left three hours later only having got a t-section done and no cut! My hair looks great but it took way too long, I had to re-schedule the cut. It’s the longest I’ve ever spent on partial highlights in a salon but the service was good and I will come back.

Great place to have your hair cut and coloured. Polite and kind to nervous teenagers, knowledgeable and professional to older adults. Highly recommended. They have loads of regular clients - always looks busy but never seems to be a problem to book a convenient appointment.

I asked for a cut that wouldn’t need blow drying and am very pleased with the stylish result.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut by the talented stylist, Ringo, and it was an amazing experience. Ringo worked diligently to enhance my curls and create the perfect hairstyle. Despite my slight anxiety about cutting my long hair short, Ringo's expertise and skill were evident throughout the process. I felt comfortable and reassured, knowing I was in good hands. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with the result. Ringo's attention to detail and ability to make my curls shine truly impressed me. It was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Having had the same colourist for some time I was a bit apprehensive with someone new. Laura put me at ease and instinctively knew what I wanted. She kindly made me a ‘pillow’ for a painful neck at the sink and was generous with her time in providing good coffee to pass the time. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Hair Happy!??‍♀️?

Bo helped me choose a great colour for my all over tint to rectify my yellowing hair colour. Followed up by a perfect cut and blow dry by Joanne. Great advice received from both re suitable hair products. Amazing service from both and I feel human again. So happy with my colour and cut !

Loved visiting this Salon. The team are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have been going to this Salon now for over 20 years. Andy who does my colour always does a great job and Lee (the Boss) who cuts my hair also does a great job, even though it’s a bit short some times ? It’s not the cheapest Salon but well worth it for the whole experience. Thanks to everyone in the Salon and keep doing what you’re doing as you all do a great job
