I always receive courteous greeting from all staff at all times. Since opening during Covid times their hygiene standards have been exceptional. It’s a pleasure to have my hair cuts there.

Excellent friendly service and well organised for the Covid situation - there was only one other client in the salon when I was there. I'm very happy with my desperately needed hair cut.

I always love my monthly appointments at Toni & Guy and even through a Tier 3 Covid lockdown, my visit still felt special. This month I particularly enjoyed two free festive Gin & Tonics as well as the usual friendly service and great cut and colour from both Lee and Bo. Came away feeling great!

The staff are welcoming and the salon is adhering to all the Covid precautions so I felt very comfortable and safe. Ringo is a star and I walked out feeling a million dollars.

I'd almost gave up on my hair but the cut has completely put life back, so happy! Worth the money

Today I had a colour cut and blow dry appointment. I am delighted with the result! I was well looked after at every stage & I felt entirely safe.

As usual, it was a great experience going to Toni and Guy in Canterbury. They make sure everything is well sanitised in these Covid times but it still has a great atmosphere and I’m so pleased with my haircut - thanks Lee.!

I have no criticisms about the service I received today when I had my haircut. However, we were back to the gowns that were used prior to the pandemic, the only disposable towel used being a small one which was draped around my shoulders between having my hair washed and the start of my haircut. I was offered either water or Prosecco but coffee (which I always go for) was not available, so I did not have a drink. The mask I wore was my own. I was charged £63 for my haircut and to my understanding, the charge for a haircut by a style director is £60. This leads me to believe that the £3 charge which was imposed on customers after the first lockdown was lifted (when disposable gowns were also used and the pack containing a mask was handed to the customer) is still being levied. This means that I was charged £3 for the small paper towel which would have cost only few pennies! I am aware that businesses have suffered greatly as a result of the pandemic, but so have all of us. I feel disappointed at what I feel is an attempt to abuse the good will of loyal customers especially by a business in the calibre of Toni & Guy.

Given the current situation of social distancing, it was a pleasure to experience such great service (.and fab hair cut ) in a safe and friendly environment. Head massage brilliant

I am so pleased with my highlights and it was lovely to see Nathalie again now that she’s back from maternity leave. I feel much better after my visit today!

My visits for appointments with Andy and Ringo are always like meeting friends - in addition to always having beautiful hair as a result.

Was made to feel welcome and valued, went in feeling fed up came out feeling like million dollars. Andy brightened me up Lee did a great cut and the new Apprentice did a great head massage. All set for Christmas

COVID rules being followed. I felt safe. Haircut top quality as usual.
