I don't know the name of the stylists as they didn't actually introduce themselves. Just felt like the staff wanted to be somewhere else rather than there. The colourist offered me a coffee which I didn't get and later on someone offered me a tea which came back looking like dishwater. On the plus side the haircut was great,but it felt tainted due to the indifference of the staff. I will think carefully before returning and would be reluctant to recommend to a friend. This is the second time I've been - the first time was amazing and I expected those high standards to have been demonstrated consistently- such a shame!!
