Wasn’t a great experience - I had a very simple cut, but even then the length was wrong (I specifically said below shoulder length and it was shorter than that.)
Very perfunctory approach, she didn’t offer to straighten my hair or put any products on the final cut, and it was all done very speedily.
Overpriced for the amount of care and effort so won’t be going again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. You can get the same or better for a lower price so don’t believe the hype or marketing.
