I had read a few reviews before booking a hair cut at Bluewater and have to admit was a little nervous.
I use to get my hair cut regularly at the Covent Garden salon and so my stylist was familiar with what hairstyles I liked and what suited me best. But traveling into London for a haircut takes time, so for this reason I decided to ignore the negative reviews, and try my luck at Bluewater.
I am so very pleased that I had.
I have now had my haircut several times with Ellis at the Bluewater salon and every single time have left very happy and confident with my hair cut.
For me the service in the salon is also important and every time I am always made to feel welcome.
Ellis herself is very professional, she’s friendly and polite and understands the importance of listening to what style I would like and talking it through with me. She always advises me as to what would suit my face shape and the texture of my hair as well as how easy/differcult it would be to keep it looking as it should.
The hair cut itself is always outstanding and I appreciate she asks me questions and listens, taking into account my life style and how practical it will be to maintain. Hence I’m now a regular customer.
