First time at Tiffany Francis for a slight colour change. I was made very welcome the minute I stepped in the salon and very pleased with the result I got, thanks to Charmaine. I shall definitely be going back.

I have had a few treatments on my hair now including balayage and extensions. The treatment and chat is amazing and everyone makes you feel welcome. My extensions (added for thickness) have been colour matched perfectly and I love them. I can’t wait for my hen weekend and wedding day to show off my amazing hair

Our first visit for my daughter's hair up for a dance show. Kerrie was lovely and my daughter's hair looked amazing and exactlyhow we wanted! Salon is lovely, very clean and staff very friendly. We will definitely go back there and highly recommend!

I got a last minute appointment today at Tiffany’s with Karen. I decided to have my hair cut a lot shorter into a ‘bob’ style and I absolutely love it. Karen was lovely and did a great job. All the girls in the salon make you feel welcome and relaxed and to top it off I got £5 off from my loyalty card. Thankyou Tiffany Frances Salon.

A truly amazing afternoon spent at the salon for my 50th birthday surprise. Everything was spectacular from the glass of fizz on arrival, the wonderful Rhianne and Charmaine. I have always been hesitant to go to a hair salon to get my hair due to pass experiences but Charmaine changed my views on salons, she was so patient with me when I arrived and I wasn’t sure what I wanted and then she spoke through the chooses and helped me decided, she took her time with my hair and was very polite with offering me drinks and chatting with me while she did my hair, The end result looks amazing and I feel like a new person with my new hair style.

I would definitely recommend to friends and family as all the staff in there are very welcoming and made the whole experience wonderful.

Karen done a balayage on my hair. I gave her photo of what I wanted and she done it exactly how I wanted, if not better! Really pleased with the result. Already received lots of compliments. One happy cumstomer

I have been box dying my hair dark brown for years and decided it was time to go lighter. Karen totally understood what I wanted when I sent her a million pictures and I really did set her a challenge! Karen has made my hair look so amazing, I am really happy with it! I came in this morning my wedding hair trial with Kerrie and felt at ease straight away! The atmosphere of the shop is so nice and welcoming! I was in for 2 hours and felt so relaxed! I first started using this salon after a bad experience at another local salon. Diane was amazing and did a fantastic job rescuing my hair. I have been back twice since and I feel like I have been using the salon for years! Everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Charmaine did my hair today and I was so happy with the result, looks and feels fab! I had a lovely glass of bubbles too. I shall not be using anywhere else. Thank you x
