Claire is always friendly and comforting. I’m 14 and go to the appointments on my own, so sometimes I’m a bit nervous

I came to Mettyear’s for the first time today and I will definitely be returning! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming.
Callum was so good at making sure he knew exactly what I wanted and he got it spot on! My hair looks and feels amazing!

Lovely and relaxing and not at all stressful, she put us completely at rest, not worrying about our time slot finishing , she came and told us when oir time had finished

Lovely massage in a very comfortable environment. Nicely heated bed, but no offer of bolsters or pillows for my legs.

Really great experience. Would definitely do it all again.

Claire was lovely, friendly and very professional. She did a great job and my only criticism would be that the treatment room we used was really cold. I was having a few bits done and was in there for a couple of hours - I left feeling frozen 🥶

Had a pregnancy massage booked for my Christmas present, was a bit nervous as never had one but I had an extremely lovely massage Therapist (sorry forgot her name) she was so lovely and made me feel very welcome and relaxed.Left there feeling like a new women. Would recommend any pregnant women to have one & especially at Mettyear’s!Thank you so much :)

My mum and myself booked in to use the Hydropol.
On arriving. A lovely greeting and made to feel welcome.
Everything was good till will good in the hottube.
A dirty film started to build around the edge of the spa.
Then when the foam started to build the brown film was on top aswell. This was not very nice.
I did report this and showed it to one of the staff. I was informed that it had been checked in the morning. All I can think is that it must be coming out of the jets.
The towel i was provided with was very thin and ruff with beach stains all over it. So we must of been given the same ones from the hair saloon.
I will not be going back.

It was my first time having Amy as my stylist and what a lovely woman she is. She made me feel so comfortable from the minute I sat in the chair, giving me some tips on how to keep my hair moisturised and being so sweet the whole time. I absolutely love coming to Mettyears and I’m already planning my next trip after the new year.

Beautiful, sparkly nails in preparation for Christmas done by Zoe this evening. She was so welcoming and did a great job - I’m really pleased with them and the service I received.

Myles is the third stylist I have tried at Mettyear's and was in my opinion the best.
Myles made me feel at ease and styled my hair in a way I was very happy with.

I admit my idea of a regular haircut is once or twice a year because unlike many I do not enjoy the experience, but I choose to return to Mettyear's, and recommend them, because of its friendly, knowledgeable staff and relaxed environment.

Excellent! Highly recommend Sharon. She understood what my hair needed and restyled it beautifully. I will definitely rebook.

Zoe was friendly and welcoming, my nails looked fantastic.

Leah has so much knowledge she is incredible at what she does I’ve had hair extensions in and they look so natural blend so well I can have my hair so many different ways it’s actually easier now with extensions than without. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Katie did a brilliant job on my hair. She made my time there enjoyable. My hair looks good and feels amazing. And Katie asked me how I would like it cut. Will be back.

Honestly the best wax ever! It barely hurt at all which was so surprising and the result was perfect!

Had a last minute pedicure with Zoe and she was great, you can tell she is really committed and enjoys what she does. Will definitely be back!

Have been going to Mettyears for about 2 years, Amy does the best colour for me. I’m always so indecisive but I always leave feeling so happy with my results and trust Amy 100%. From the staff to the decor it’s such a nice salon.

Had my hair cut and blow dryer today first visit to the salon I’ll be going back again.

I’m a woman of a certain age who isn’t that confident about going into a salon, but my husband gave me a voucher and I knew I wanted a change to my hairstyle all round. Sharon is so astute and gave me a beautiful cut and parting highlights. A new experience for me having highlights but I was completely confident in Sharon’s skill and expertise. And I am truly happy with the result. I left feeling younger!

Had an amazing back and shoulder massage with Claire. She also did some extra pressure point work on my face as I have a sinus infection and was feeling rubbish. Totally helped thank you Claire

I had a balayage toner cut and blowdry here yesterday, I have been coming twice a year for about 5 years now and I couldn’t recommend the salon enough. They make you feel so comfortable and always checking if you need refreshments when you’re in there for a few hours! My hair is always perfect and how I like it and they always check in with you every step of the way!

Booked in with Leah using the online booking system which is so easy to use. Greeted by friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Had a fabulous hair wash and a beautiful bouncy blow dry by Leah … she fantastic and I always leave feeling happy.
