I bought a Groupon deal... colour and cut.... I got a junior stylist. Half way through the hair cut she revealed she was 17 years old which already made me panic. The hair cut took ages and all the stylists were waiting for her to finish. When all was done, I realised the one side was longer than the other and pointed it out... but only when I got home after the rush. .. I realised the MESS she has made. The bob was one side longer than the other and just an overall bad choppy cut. I rang the manager and he was lovely. I said I needed it fixed and he said that ***** was a junior... but qualified with less experience. ... well... I went back and another stylist tried to correct the mess. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. She started off by saying... let me tidy up the back.... my hair was cut 2 days ago need I say more! She said the one side was longer than the other. I showed her the picture I showed the junior which was nothing like I got.
