I've been seeing natalie now for around a year, and as always, shes amazing. She listens to you, knows what you like, and every single time, makes you feel gorgeous at the end of your appointment. But a shout out to all staff as they always greet you with a smile and even make sure they know your name! Its the little touches that make it an enjoyable experience.
For years I have never let anyone cut more than my split ends off, but last night I decided I wanted something different. I booked a last minute appointment with Grace and I do not regret it. She really put my mind at ease, talked me through how we could make my ideas work with my hair, which is annoyingly thin, and just blew me away with the result. She was so friendly, so careful and did an amazing job. Thank you so much!

Natalie, did my roots today following my first colour 8 weeks ago. Really pleasant experience. The salon clean and welcoming even had Halloween decorations up. Natalie as always was chatty, attentive and discussed my needs thoroughly with me to ensure I was happy. Offered coffee and magazines whilst waiting for the colour to develop then a fabulous treatment and head massage. Really pleased with the end result, thank you Natalie.
Raminta is such an amazing hair stylist and very knowledgeable. She’s so lovely and so nice. The atmosphere is great too and the staff were all lovely. Definitely will come back again.

Had a colour refresh and change with Natalie. The service was excellent, Natalie spent time discussing my ideas and needs and gave her suggestions on the best shade and tone.

I made a massive mistake taking my daughter Georgia Miller to a Barbers for a quick trim and they completely hacked her hair. Modified I took her to You and Raminta pretty much took over and sorted the whole thing out. She was amazing. So gentle and kind to my girl who was putting on a brave face of not crying. I can’t thank Raminta enough for fixing Georgia’s her, she done an excellent job and my daughter loves her hair now. She has just gone bouncing back into school on her first day, excited and happy ?thank you?
