Had a lovely relaxing time in the comfortable inviting salon as usual, this time with fantastic award winning Eloise (check out the website!) due to having to swap my pre-booked appointments around. Eloise did a fab job taking her time and great care with my regular retint colouring. I'm always very happy with whoever does my hair as all the hairdressers are so talented, welcoming and customer focused. Basically spoilt for choice at times with the dream team 😁

I've got to say it wasn't the white blonde,but I actually liked the more subtle tone,hints of lilac/beige.

Well, I thought he was just brilliant. The salon staff are all great . Georgia does my colour, Callum does extensions and Eloise does my daughters hair. I have been to many salons , you know the ones that have the big names, I’ve paid lots and lots of money but have never been happier with the staff at Keith Graham ( I do want to meet him someday, every time I ask he’s always on holiday with the Beckhams!). To sum up they are fab very professional, the support from the team for newly qualified is only an investment for the salon but clearly shows the owners investment in the individual and I praise that. My hair has never been so brilliant .

My first visit to salon. I booked appointment for a routine cut and perm, usually takes 2 hours. Hair started at 2.00pm, at a snail's pace I came out at 6.45pm. Taking, almost 5 hours my diabetes was seriously effected. Most expensive cut and perm (20% off for inconvenience), sorry to say, worst perm ever, no curls on top.
