He was very attentive .and made a very good job of my hair .excellent customer service.
Met Sofia my new trainee hair stylist today. I had regrouth colour tint and then tint taken to the ends for the last 10 minutes to give all hair a boost. Shampoo conditioner and massage was very good. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Sofia

This was my first time using Keith Graham Hairdressing and will be the first of many. I was booked in with Karen who sat me down for my initial consultation to discuss what I would like and what would work best for my hair.
Karen was polite and professional for the duration of my visit, I felt calm and relaxed; almost like I was at a spa! After a hair wash and head massage, Karen began with cutting my hair continuously asking and making sure this was to my liking. I have naturally very thick hair but Karen was able to work her magic on what had sometimes felt like a huge task for other hairdressers.
After the cut was finished, my hair was rinsed through and styled and I haven’t felt a single shard of hair since which is a first for me! My previous hair dresser’s never rinsed my hair through afterwards; this felt a nice premium touch.
The salon was extremely clean and tidy as well as being spacious and bright which all makes you feel relaxed and at ease.
To conclude, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Keith Graham Hairdressing and have already booked my repeat appointment. The team here are extremely approachable and very friendly.

Elouse was wonderful from the first moment we met. Courteous, wanting to know what I wanted and checked as we progressed that I was happy. Great cut and styling. She was also training someone else but juggled that beautifully. Completely recommended her to anyone without hesitation

Georgia is very polite and knowledgeable. Georgia was fully informative about my colour correction and I have followed her advice which has changed my awful hair colour I had at another hairdresser’s to something I love.

Very smart salon. Georgia is very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to everything I asked. Asked me questions to check we were on the same page, explained what she could do and all the products she used and why. It's the first time in several years that I've felt like I got exactly what I asked for. I love my new style and it feels great. I would highly recommend, and I've already booked my next appointment

I recently visited Keith Grahams and I must say I was impressed by the level of professionalism and skill displayed by Drew. Not only she listen attentively to my requests, but they also offered helpful suggestions on how best to achieve my desired look.
The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Drew was very patient, taking the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the end result.

All the staff are very friendly. Stephanie asked me what I wanted done on my visit discussed my fringe that I now wanted straight & not chipped into & did exactly as I asked. Only wanted dry cut which is always fine with this salon.
