My visit to obsession was very disappointing and £42 for a wash and blow-dry is way too expensive. Now I am over the shock.and have taken advice I really think you should offer me a partial refund....

Recently, I’ve had a haircut at Obsessions. Nicola, a curl stylist, was able recreate the style I wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with friendly chats, good coffee, and my welcome presents.

Had a fabulous experience again today. Felt looked after with coffee and biscuits and Brandon was very attentive and always talks through what he is going to do and checks I’m happy with it. My colour and cut looks amazing as it did on my last visit. Always such a great experience.

Brandon is calm, considered and thoughtful and I always look forward to our six weekly meetings. Today however, he has surpassed himself. I left the salon grinning from ear to ear with my vibrant summer holiday hair. Within a minute of leaving, a complete stranger had complimented my colour. Brandon listened to what I wanted, vivid colours that could still look professional and created a style that I can wear discreetly down for work and display with an up-do at home. Lovely wash and blow dry today with Brandon today. Had my hair blow dried straight. Really pleased usual. I take my little dog with me and it's very dog friendly with trears and water as you walk in for your fur babies.
I cannot fault this salon or the team in one way.

Absolutely love this salon, so welcoming when you first walk in, then in the chair offered a drink and then the massage chair whilst you are having your hair washed nearly fell asleep so relaxing lol,back to chair for cut and chat and Kat my stylist made sure I was happy at end of cut which I realised I wanted more off on the undercut which Kat was very happy to oblige no problem one happy customer, OK it is a bit more expensive than your average cut but you pay for experience and class I will be returning and won't go anywhere else now, looking forward to my highlights next month thank you and still loving my hair x

From the moment you go for your first consultation you feel at home here. No bitching when someone walks out the door (yes I've experienced this at a lot of salons) so, you know they won't do it about yo in Obsessions. .
Natash done my hair today and it's just as I wanted. I'm very happy with it. She is very friendly and knowledgeable like the rest of the team.

The whole experience of going to Obsessions is lovely. The whole team are beyond helpful and friendly. If you haven't been you really should go as you really do get what you pay for.

I was a little surprised by the price £82 as a pensioner I was not told it would be that much and I could not see a price list that said a cut and blow dry was that expensive

I see your last visit 11 months ago and you paid £79. there are cheaper options available ! you could come on a Tuesday at a discounted price of see one of our cheaper stylists we have Brandon at £49 or Natasha at £62 again I'm very sorry you wasn't informed of the price before you came in! Brandon is so lovely. He makes sure that you are well cared for whilst recommending what to do with your hair if you need recommendations. I am so pleased with the results! As a ginger it’s difficult to do a lot with my hair, but he always does a great job.

Amazing ! I always hated going to hairdressers in the past but since coming to see Tash at obsessions I actually look forward to it!!! A huge turnaround for me!! She takes so much care and time and love into making me feel completely safe and I totally trust being in her most capable hands!
