Kimberley took me on the spot for a shampoo-blowdry which was very convenient. Did not have to wait.
And result was very satisfactory.

I keep saying this but I love my visits to Paul at Great Hair. He makes me feel special every time. I trust him completely to tweak the colour and cut as he knows what I like!

I say this every time but I love my visits to Paul. It has been a while for personal reasons and I really needed a cut and recolour. As ever I was in perfect hands. Paul made the necessary colour tweaks and made me look human again.

Very happy with my colour and cut.

I visit the salon with my Mum who sees Paul about every 6, weeks. Not only does my Mum have a fab haircut every time but the salon staff are so welcoming to accommodate my dog, Stanley. It is great to be able to bring Mum into the salon with Stanley as she does suffer with anxiety and it has definitely helped having Stanley present.
The staff always take time to talk with along with making a fuss of Stanley!
Great salon, Mum is always so pleased with her hair, the visit lifts her spirits!

My first visit to have Shannon working on my hair after initial consultation, hairdresser visits can often be stressful but I found my visit fun, professional and listened too, very enjoyable visit but most importantly love my hair colour, Shannon really took time to listen and understand what I actually wanted my end result to be plus what things I didn’t want the outcome to be. Plus of course what a brilliant blow dry, can’t wait for my next visit. Also lovely friendly salon too.

Paul has the most amazing intuition on how to work with my hair. I needed a very short haircut for chemo treatment - I thought it would be a 'no 2' 😉, BUT I stepped out of the Salon like a Fashion Model. THANK YOU PAUL 💖

Walked into GHD on the off chance of an appointment and was greeted warmly at the desk. Karen was free and she spent time discussing highlight options for my greying hair. Karen was lovely and really listened to what i wanted including an impromptu new cut. Very happy with my new do and will book Karen again although Shannon is also fab! too Thank you 😊 .

Brought my 11 year old daughter in to have her ears peirced. It was a lovely experience. Felt relaxed, plenty of time taken and everything explained very thoroughly to me and my daughter. It felt like a really lovely experiences honouring my daughters first ear piercing.

Shannon has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now and he’s simply the best Senior Stylist you will ever find. Professional, caring and dedicated to my hair journey. We have tried a few different styles to best suit me and we have really hit the nail on the head now. Words can’t say how impressed and happy I am with the cut and highlights I have now. Fabulous

Today I had a bit of pre Christmas pampering - had a luxury manicure with gel nails.
The equipment used was scrupulously clean, the choice of colours vast and the beautician put me at ease explaining the process as we went along.
My nails look beautiful and my skin like velvet............and as they say, I'm worth it 😄

So lovely and made us feel so welcomed, really kind and patient and amazing piercing ❤️
