I have been coming to Shannon for years. He really understands my hair and is obviously very passionate about his work. I like the fact that he takes time to talk through what we are doing and discusses how we will change the colour with the season.

Therapist was Tallulah. She is very professional and keen to do her best; she is very thorough to make sure a clean finish. I will happily make her my regular waxer ?.

I’m always so happy with my haircut and the time spent in the salon is so enjoyable. All the stylists are friendly and Karen has an amazing memory for previous conversations we’ve had which gives a lovely feeling that she’s interested.. She’ll do exactly what I ask but also has helpful suggestions.

I was so pleased with my hair colour. Jess did a wonderful job. I saw other happy clients who walked out looking fantastic.

I would highly recommend Jess when having ear piercing. My daughter was very nervous and Jess couldn’t have made more of an effort to talk her through and calm her nerves. She made the experience very personal and one she’ll remember. Thank you Jess!

Excellent service from stylist even though there was staff shortage. Salon needs to respect excellent staff standards they portray even under pressure. Overall listenened and great revitalised hairstyle

Lovely person, very caring extremely helpful and after not going to a proper Salon for at least 18 months. I have a really good cut that has given me a lift and restored my pride.
