From the moment I entered into the salon i was greeted like a friend , made to feel welcome and safe . The wonderful grotto around the reception desk was fab with smiling faces beaming out . Emma came to greet me straight away , as ever sh e was a joy. I had a wonderful head massage whilst having my hair washed . my hair looked wonderful when Emma was finished and the whole process was lovely. I felt safe with all the PPE and cleaning that went on in the salon but it didn’t feel clinical and I didn’t feel isolated by the masks etc. I had such a happy time .It really was wonderful and The 5 stars I have awarded for everything are well deserved , thank you
