Had some lovely haircuts here until last year, when the peroxide blonde woman was asked to trim my hair 3 inches. She took off about 8, leaving me with a horrible haircut miles too short, and had a right attitude throughout. Really wished I'd complained in the shop. Got a trim somewhere else a bit later, and they showed me that it was also completely uneven. Girls on the counter can be friendly or not. Basically unreliable, and have gone elsewhere.
I've been coming to Wattz for years, Donna has been looking after my hair with tint, colour and extensions. My hair always looks fabulous and it is getting in better and better condition 10/10 from me.
I have been coming to Wattz International for years and loved the end result everytime. I have recommended friends and family to the salon too and they have also loved it!
I keep getting nuisance text messages from this salon. I have emailed them asking for them to remove my details, this was ignored. I then called and the girl on the phone asked my name and said okay I will take your details off. She was bland bordering on the rude. No apology nothing. So much for positive marketing. I stopped going to this salon years ago after they made such a mess of my hair colour that 3 other salons wouldn't touch it until it had grown out.
