Had a very enjoyable 1st appointment at William Charles last week. I had a semi permanent colour and treatment. All staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly and attentive. My colour came out just as I’d wanted and the condition was much improved. Very happy, will definitely return.

Joe is the only person who I love cutting my hair! He knows exactly how I want it every time, he doesn’t rush the cut which is one of my main bug bares when it comes to haircuts as my hair is super thick and hard to get someone to do a nice cut! Very happy :)

A lovely relaxing visit, great colour and cut and wonderful atmosphere. From the welcome and temperature check on arrival to being accompanied to the exit at the end of my visit I felt I was a valued customer. The initial consultation was an informative two way discussion and the results were exactly as required. Staff are friendly and helpful, the salon is clean and tidy with sanitisers on every station, perspex screens separating seating and masks worn by the staff. Excellent 5 star experience.

I needed my hair cutting into a shape post chemo. Emily did the most amazing cut with very little hair to work with. She listened to how id like my hair to end up and advised accordingly. I was treated with empathy and understanding at a really difficult time. Got the utmost confidence that she will get my hair back to its former glory. So happy!

I was passing yesterday and brought my 18 month year old in for his first hair cut. I hadn’t booked but Joe found time for him.
I wanted to say a big thank you - not only did Joe do a great job but everyone was very kind to my son for whom it was a bit of a shock and he kicked up a rather loud fuss! Everyone was very considerate and understanding. We would definitely be back, if you’ll have us!
