I was passing yesterday and brought my 18 month year old in for his first hair cut. I hadn’t booked but Joe found time for him.
I wanted to say a big thank you - not only did Joe do a great job but everyone was very kind to my son for whom it was a bit of a shock and he kicked up a rather loud fuss! Everyone was very considerate and understanding. We would definitely be back, if you’ll have us!

On arrival greeted in a friendly way.
Felt the salon was safe and very clean and well organised.
Joe then discussed haircut and colour. Offered a drink.
I was pleased with both. I opted for a treatment which was carried out by Rosie. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend Joe .

Well I’ve just come home from a visit to William Charles Salon, and when I walked in the door my husband said “Wow, that looks amazing, would you like to go out for dinner “ I think that says it all about the results of how Joe has magically transformed my hair! Also been greeted by the lovely Russell and the lady that washed my hair did a most relaxing head massage. Dreamy and successful visit. Thank you Joe and William Charles x

Have just moved to the area from Surrey and needing to get my highlights done and a cut. Always a bit of a worry going to a new hairdresser for the first time, especially after 15 years with you old one! Joe did an absolutely brilliant job of both the cut and colour. He made a couple of suggestions of things he could do to make my hairstyle a bit more modern and actually easier for me to manage.
My husband thinks this is the best haircut I have had in years. Thank you Joe, you will definitely be seeing me again.

Beautiful salon, and fantastic highlights and blow dry from Joe. Best colour treatment I have had. I also had the Aveda botanical treatment which Joe recommended and was excellent.
Joe recommend other products which I purchased and were spot on for my hair. I’m here to stay!

When Joe did my hair for the first time, a few years ago now, was the first time I’d ever walked out a hairdresser and NOT wet and restyled my hair! he just understands it and knows how to make it look and feel fantastic, And that suits me and my styling regime. Needless to say, I’ve never been to any other hairdresser since I met Joe, he’s just brilliant. The salon is such a peaceful environment, it’s alway spotlessly clean, smells wonderful, and everyone there is always friendly and lovely. To me the extra added bonus is the gorgeous doggies that are usually there, sadly they were not today. I really highly recommend Joe as a stylist and William Charles Salon. Treat yourself I’m sure you’ll agree!

A wonderful first visit! I wanted to try out a new way of styling my hair for a forthcoming wedding and Mehmet was brill; explaining every step so I could practice at home. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the relaxing head massage an added bonus! Very pleased with my new hair do; Would definitely recommend.

Had a restyle with Joe from shoulder length hair to a short cut. It can be so daunting to trust someone to style short hair well from longer hair, but Joe was wonderfully understanding with what I was looking for. He looked at my reference photos and kept checking he was on the right track as he went and discussed options for various parts of the cut to make sure I was getting what I wanted but also what would suit my style and face. Came all the way from Bristol because William Charles is the only salon I trust with drastic changes to my hair!

Therapeutic experience,Hot chocolate was lovely.Joe easy to talk to.makes me feel comfortable.id would have liked a longer head massage,seemed to be over very quickly.
