Rachel has been in charge of my head for a year now and is an excellent and thoughtful hairdresser. She has worked hard with me over the months to create hair that I am happy with. Not an easy task. Well done, Rachel! I thoroughly recommend William Charles Hairdressing.

Just moved to Tenterden & desperately needing a colour & trim - I chose WC because I saw they used Aveda concept /products and very glad I did!! A really positive relaxing experience & believe me I am not the easiest person to please? Extremely good colour enhancement with the lovely Emily and a lovely chat & fringe trim with Mehmet - and he didn't make me feel guilty for trimming my own wonky fringe..... didn't admit it was with decorating scissors tho!! Have booked a return appointment & unusually for me really looking forward to it. A lovely introduction to moving to to a lovely town - very happy!

It's the attention to detail that makes a visit to this salon so enjoyable - from the welcome on arrival to the level of professional service provided by all of the team. The head massage during hair washing is very good together with the neck & shoulder and/or hand massages included in the appointment. Mine are usually given by Sammy who is very good at all of these. Frankee makes a point of ensuring that each client is treated as an individual and is always prompt to involve and motivate the junior members of staff who in turn, always show a keen interest. The overall impression is that everyone has a passion to deliver an excellent level of customer service - which they do!

First time at the salon and will definitely be going back. Really friendly greeting as soon as you walk in the door, Sammy who did my pre shampoo head, neck and should massage and then washed my hair was excellent. Really friendly, really professional and very good at what she does. Mehmet did a wonderful job in cutting and styling my hair. I'm always anxious when seeing a new stylist but he was amazing and made sure I was happy with everything he did before he did it. I will definitely go back to him. I am over the moon with my hair! Highly recommend this salon.

The salon is welcoming, the staff are friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Rona, as always, is determined to make your visit as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Not to mention, great hair styling. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This salon gives a professional service using lovely Aveda products. The addition of hand or head massages and proper coffee adds to the whole experience. This is city pzzazz in a country town.

Fantastic blow dry with mehmet on Friday for my friends wedding!
The service I received from start to finish was second to none.
I had a fantastic neck & shoulder massage followed by one of the best shampoos I've ever had with Beth.
Then Mehmet took so much care and attention over my hair it lasted all day and felt amazing. I had so many complements that day it was lovely.
I will definately be sending all my friends and family along!

I am a hairdresser phobic , I'd rather go to the dentist than have my haircut however since meeting Rhona I am beginning to relax and actually enjoy my salon experience! I have rebooked in advance which is a first . The WC team go out of their way to make you welcome and to understand what you do and don't like ! Just had my first taste of this salon! Went in for a blow dry and had a lovely complimentary head and shoulder massage with essential oils, wonderful styling and an offer to touch up my make up on departure...so thoughtful and professional. I've decided to rebook immediately for colour and cut!! And I can't wait!! Great Avesda products too...

Always very friendly and very professional, they have got that mix spot on. Made to feel welcome and special the moment you walk through the door . Sometimes salons can be trying too hard to be funky and up-beat which makes you feel overwhelmed and itching to get out , here, it's a little respite from all that nonsense! Highly recommended, been coming here for seven years and now they're stuck with me !

I came to salon upon recommendation by my friend. Being pregnant and having fine hair I wanted to use natural products where possible & find someone that would be able to look after my fine hair & keep it natural looking when cololured.

I had half head highlights with Rona and was extremely pleased with the results! Not only does the colour look great, it looks very natural and still feels great!

The little add extras such as hand, head massage & finishing touch of lip gloss makes you feel very special and pampered - will denitely be back!
