Such a good experience at a new salon, due to moving house, that I have booked my next appointment.
Staff were friendly and Rosie talked me through what I wanted from the visit and how she could achieve that.
She offered treatments without any pressure and kept me supplied with drink on a very hot day.
It was a very relaxing experience and I left the salon feeling incredible and ready for my daughters wedding in a few days.
I would highly recommend the salon.

Passing through Tenterten I stopped outside the smartly presented salon and enquired if they could fit me in. I am delighted they did.
I was keen to get a fresh new restyle , cut and blow dry. I was super happy to be met with a friendly team who slotted me in straight away. Today I had the best experience and got a great cut that suited me perfectly. Daisy was professional friendly and attentive. We chatted about what I thought I wanted and together we looked at a few styles that I liked. Daisy then went to work and gave me a cut I’m completely happy with.
She took different elements from each of the photos and created a cut that suited me best.Thank you Daisy , I truly do love my new look. It sounds cheesy , but I actually got chatted up in the Chinese on my way home, that is something that hasn’t happened for a long time. Great for my ego. I live in the heart of London and I do not think I could of received a better cut elsewhere.

Always enjoy my visit - I can sit, chat and relax, as I can trust Joe to give me a great haircut, he always cuts my hair really well.

There seemed to be a bit of a misunderstanding at the start about how short I wanted my hair cut but we got it sorted and in the end I was very pleased with my hair. Just some simple miscommunication that’s all!

Emily has been my stylist for several years. She is talented and precise with scissors; unfailingly pleasant; listens attentively to my requests, questions and concerns; and takes them to heart. We have good communication which is so important in achieving the desired results.

The salon, on two floors, is comfortable, with privacy from the street, plenty of daylight, and well lit with good mirrors. The rest of the staff is always friendly as well,

Rona reversed the effects of sun & sea on my hair and brought back the colour and condition so I am back to me.

Had good advice on shampoo etc following a holiday in sun. Each haircut I have I am always very happy with the result.

My blow dry was great and the salon is nice and welcoming but the prices are very expensive and the add ons offered not completely transparent.

I went in to see Emily today and after a chat and a look at some photos, she cut my long(ish) and unruly curly grey hair into a chic and modern longer on the top and shorter at the back and sides, sort of a vaguely pixie cut, which is just lovely. Just what I wanted. This was the most radical cut I’ve asked her for, and as before, she came up trumps! Thank you Emily, you’re a star!
