I arrived for my appointment to find it had been booked for the wrong day. ***** said he could do my hair anyway which I was grateful for. I was not offered a tea or coffee or even a glass of water the whole 90 minutes I was there. ***** talked me out of the style I originally wanted and I started to think this was because he wanted to do my hair very quickly before his next client. When he finished my hair I wasn’t happy with it but felt awkward to ask for changes when his next client was sat waiting in a chair along from me. He then went and got someone else to finish my hair. Mehmet was really nice, went over my hair again and held a conversation with me and is the reason my rating isn’t lower.
