So I went in with awful coloured /damaged hair - Rona insisted I was going to have my lovely hair back and was very honest about it, with maybe it taking a couple of attempts to get it to what I wanted (Pinterest picture in hand) The reality being that to achieve what I needed and wanted I would need to come back for the second treatment as Rona was worried how blonde I Had it previously - she 100% new what she was doing in order to gain what I wanted - because my expectations were HIGH (Pinterest inspired high) I put my faith in her and with two visits to the salon she had rectify and given me the look I wanted .. the salon including its products and people have extremely good values and morals - and they train their staff to an impressive level, to be the best and to give the most professional service that they can ... I am so impressed by this salon and high recommend it
