All members of the team acknowledge you when you arrive. You can sense how they work as a team especially under a manic day of bookings! I observed everyone working together from master stylist to two additional stylist and a first year apprentice all working together to provide the best service on me! Please take note that I spent three hours for a colour touch, highlights, cut and blow dry and I enjoyed being pampered. There is definitely a positive team ethic in this salon.
