Loved my hair high lights!!!!!!! V pleased with it.
However, I had arranged to meet my husband in town to watch the procession prior to the christmas market opening, thinking I would easily be done by 4:45 as my appt was 2:45. I was a bit fed up as Joe was running late due to a previous customer getting there late for their appt!
So therefore Joe couldn't start putting foils in my hair till 3:20, and consequently I didn't meet my husband till nearly 5:30!! I know it was just one of those things but felt I must say how I felt. I'm not good at saying things at the time!!
Thank you Kate for your review of our salon. I am really pleased you loved your hair colour but can only apologise you were kept waiting for your appointment. If this situation ever arises again i will make sure you get as much notice as possible of any delay. Please feel free to talk to me at the time of any appointment if you have concerns about timings.
