So pleased with my amazing cut and colour at Q today. Michael is an expert at understanding hair, he always gets the length just right so it hangs beautifully. Love my new colour and shine. Very happy.

I've just had my hair cut and coloured by Caroline in preparation for my Son's wedding. Not wanting to take chances on having too much done, I asked for just a gentle lift in colour to my blonde/grey hair, and some warmer tones throughout.
I got exactly what I asked for. I'm so pleased with it. I don't need to spend the next week with my hair tied back whilst waiting for the colour to settle. The condition is great. I did end up buying some of the Kevin Murphy products for the special occasion and looking forward to trying these out. Thank you Caroline.

I had a great cut with Caroline today.
Although I don’t live near the salon, I always go to Caroline when I want a change of style because she always gets it spot on every time. I feel confident that I’m going to be happy with the results. Caroline really listens and takes a lot of care and precision. She is always very friendly and welcoming

However, I had some questions about pricing afterwards, due to it not being clearly stated on the website. This led to incredibly poor customer service, long reply times, rudeness and going back on their words. Very disappointing and as of this I will not be returning

Lovely cut as always. A friendly salnn all the stylists are brilliant.

Being Disabled The girls were very kind in helping me to the wash basin, and chair. Abi was excellent explaining how she was going to cut my hair. I love it it is so much better now and manageable,,, My hair grows very quickly, I shall now keep it as it is, It will be the new me. My family love it. .I have already made another appointment with Abi.
