I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience at 1302. I have alopecia and don't like the openness of salons, and the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Kerry offered great advice on how best to style my hair and taught me how to restyle it myself at home. She managed to mask my alopecia patches, which I didn't even think was possible and I left feeling more confident and happy. I can't thank her and the other staff enough.
