Georgia was so gentle and patient (when trying to take off some difficult gel polish). I enjoyed it that much, I'm booked in again with her in early August which is very rare I get my feet out to often but she did such a good job at made me feel at ease.
The salon atmosphere is always a pleasure and so friendly.
Sarah and the team always provide a warm welcome and an amazing service.

Amazing experience getting my 6 year olds ears pierced. Girls were all so welcoming. Belle explained everything talking us through step by step. Everyone was so friendly. One week in now and her ears are healing nicely no problems and she's still cuddling the little Teddy she got with her certificate. Beautiful place

my daughter had her ears pierced this morning by Sarah and belle. from the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcome :) everything was explained to me and my daughter, my daughter got to choose the studs herself :) Sarah and belle involved my daughter in everything, talked her through everything and explained as they went along. they double checked she was happy with it all before they pierced her ears. it took less than a minute for the actual piercing process, both ears done at the same time! very friendly, beautiful little place :) we even had a laugh about me not being brave... hahaha

Amazing and proffessional service from Sarah & Belle. My daughter and I felt at ease from the moment we walked in and Mia was soooo excited but nervous. Very calming ambient atmosphere. A definite must for your little ones first ear piercing experience with lovely memory keep sakes to treasure.

I see Ciara every three weeks for my nails. She always does a brilliant job and this week has created some nail art for me too. So pleased with the result. Ciara also does my pedicures, brow wax and tints and facials too. Highly professional, clearly loves her job and always a great result.

I had a pedicure with gel. I am satisfied with it.
An observation I would make is that I was not offered a drink nor the New Client Gift Bag which is advertised on your website. I did ask for the 10% voucher off my next treatment which I received.

Had the HD Brows treatment today and it was superb. Sarah explained the process to me and gave me advice on best options for sparse eyebrows (as mine are). The tint colour was perfect and Sarah showed me how to fill in the brows with bit of pencil and gave me a pencil and sharpening blade so I can do the filling in part at home. My brows looked so much better afterwards. Sarah is so knowledgeable and gave me first class service - I will definitely be back, thank you very much! xxx
