After being reassured on the phone by the sincere sounding receptionist, I had my long hair cut for the first time by the most senior stylist -as advised- However, the stylist was not especially friendly towards me and I felt anxious throughout the entire appointment. Also, In person the receptionist appeared judgmental and was most insincere. My cut is ok but nothing special. This salon experience was not what I had hoped for. I have since found a salon ticking all the boxes which is just around the corner.
