Went to Saks due to its name and brand. I expected luxury but the salon was in a state of ill repair and not what I expected in terms in cleanliness (there were dirty plastic bags in the trays where the brushes were).
The stylists weren’t smart and again not what I expected of this brand.
The service was OK and I am happy with the results.....it’s just not the standard I expected from Saks.
