This was my 3rd visit to salon in Preston. Staff welcoming and professional and my previous restyling with Abbey was amazing, had colour and highlights by Jo and thrilled with result. However I’ve just had a cut with ***** and I’m so disappointed ... I showed her 3 pics of styles I’m looking for and my cut is nothing like any of them. She is very nice and friendly but I’m totally unhappy with my cut.
