Having spoken to ***** initially, I came in to have foils done - a blond and a dark brown - and a cut and blow dry. My hair had become too pale and needed fixing especially on the top where there is more grey. Towards the end of the foils being done I discovered that she was using bleach which I wasn't happy about. Then after it was washed, a toner was put on which I also wasn't happy about as last time someone did this I ended up with everything too pale. Also, where the work station was situated it was impossible to see how the colour was looking as the sun was shining in through the window behind and onto the mirror. It ended up looking too pale and in the ensuing two weeks it has become paler still. And rather dry and brittle as well. ***** was very pleasant throughout and I can't complain about that. But I am now in the position of having to get my hair done again as it looks so washed out.

Kieran was very approachable and professional. I found it very impressive that he managed to pick up the fact I had used blue black tones on my hair before (which might I add was a long time ago, and you can’t see it really). He listened to what I was looking for in my colour correction and really understood my goals, he didn’t make me feel unwelcome and didn’t dismiss me in any way as I am typically one of the more challenging customers coming in with black hair. Hopefully my strands will lift the way I’m hoping - and I will return to Stephanie Jones’ salon again very soon.

Hi love my hair cut nicky does a lovely job always. My only problem is the price of a dry cut I don't have much hair very thin it take little time to trim 20 mins cost 22 pound why should be a fairer pricing system in place I paid more than a pound a minute. I think £15

Steph was so lovely and calm. She really made my little girl feel at ease, chatting with her and even giving her a biscuit treat at the end. Her hair was cut in no time and looks beautiful.

Stefanie made me feel very relaxed, as I was very nervous with coming in to visit a new hair salon. we talked about what I would like to achieve with my new hair colour and what treatments would be best for my hair to strengthen it to get my hair in the best condition. I shall be looking forward to having my hair colour done with steph at this salon in September .
