Nicky was my hair stylist yesterday colouring, trimming and blow drying my hair at the salon making me look & feel amazing!! Thank you

I spent a whole day, before the last visit, having the color removed from my hair. I told the stylist I didn't want blue or a purple toner put on and I had a restyle and it was lovely. This time I needed a toner again and was dismayed when I saw the result after it was rinsed. My hair is stone grey with a purple tinge. I told her I didn't like it, she insisted it would wash out. I left feeling quite upset. The colour has not washed out at all. Bearing in mind the trouble and expense I went to. I need something done to rectify it. I telephoned the salon and was promised a call back. No one has called. I rang again this morning and I hope someone does contact me, to suggest a solution.

Last time I came was the 1st time that I'd had Lucy and she reintroduced using colours and not just completely using bleach. Which stupidly I wasn't aware off. The cut and colour was as good as it was the 1st time I'd had it done here, and that was Stephenie herself.

An amazing salon, the young lady on reception was lovely, very welcoming, very attentive informing that Ruby would be with me shortly, seating me and offering refreshments.
On speaking with Ruby about what style I wanted, she was great listened to exactly what I wanted, she could see I was very nervous about having to much hair cut off and did it gradually wet and then cut more when it was dry. She is an absolute asset to your business if only more hairdressers listened to their clients like Ruby. Thank you for a great experience and a great haircut. Will definitely be using this salon again. Thanks again.

What can I say? I honestly haven’t felt a lot like myself since having my little boy, unfortunately I’ve been through it in the first year of being a new mum. But today I had the most amazing experience with Alima. She made me feel so at home and understood, she was open to every suggestion I had (and I changed my mind a few times, nightmare) and guided me through what was possible. She understood my post partum hair and was completely upfront about what was possible and what wasn’t, something not all hairdressers do. Throughout the process she was bubbly but not intrusive, let me relax when needed, but also listened to all my worries and shared her mutual thoughts and experiences. At the end I felt like I’d not only found my new hairdresser, but a friend to boot. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
