Steph has done my hair for a number of years now. I find that she listens carefully to what I want to achieve in terms of both cut and colour and gives great advice, always taking into account the current colour (going grey), health of my hair and my busy lifestyle. This time going from one colour to a colour with some subtle highlights running through, as well as a couple of inches shorter. Going to the salon is a real treat that I look forward to; everyone is really friendly and professional. The choice of drinks and magazines both add to the experience! Given the number of accolades the salon has, the prices are so reasonable. In the past, I have paid £15-20 more for similar colours at a Saks salon and that was 15 years ago!
