Having booked an appointment for my daughter which I thought included a blow dry and finish like she had had previously. We found upon arrival that it didn’t (totally my error) and the stylist due to do it didn’t have time to wash and blow dry and instead it would just be a wet cut. My daughter was so excited to have her hair washed and styled and had been looking forward to it for a back to school treat - I just wanted to give a big shout out to Steph who went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special, washing it and curling it for her, ready for back to school. Thank you so much Steph for putting yourself out you really made Amelies day! What a service!
