Jess always listens to how I feel about my hair and is very professional in her knowledge and so I am always happy with the result . This time I had the root colour applied but also had some low lights through my hair as it was getting too light in places . It now appears softer and I am very pleased with the outcome . Abi is as lovely right from the start, I was totally relaxed and I could tell she was listening to my thoughts regarding my cut . She went through every detail about what I liked about my style and did I want to change anything. Suggestions were talked about and small tweaks were put in place . I have already booked to have another cut in a couple of months, which says it all ! I never book repeat appointments and until I have washed and dried it myself but I can honestly say my hair hasn’t looked this good in years! Thank you Abi xx
