5* all the way. This is only the second time I have used the salon but would definitely use them again and again. Before even having treatment I was given professional advice and allergy tests, which when doing my research a lot of salons did not even offer. I found Akwaa to be very professional and informative, telling me exactly what to expect and how it is likely to feel and clear aftercare instructions. During the process she kept me informed of how it was going, asked if I was ok, made interesting conversation and made me feel relaxed. The finished product for both my microblading and fibroblast I am very happy with, albeit I am still waiting for the full healing process to finish. Excellent work by Akwaa. Will be seeing you again

Had a great time get my nails done today by Emma, got some cute daisy nail art and had the loveliest chats! For someone who always get anxious going to salons this was a brilliant experience and i would definitely recommend!

I had my gel done on my natural nails by the lovely Emma! She was amazing, quick & efficient and such a nice person can have a lovely convo with! Definitely going back there to get them done again! Love the environment and atmosphere everyone is soo nice and welcoming! Can’t wait to go back soon to get other treatments done as well too!

It wasn’t right value for money and most of the hair wasn’t waxed properly specially on legs and around sensitive area and between thighs wasn’t satisfied with Hollywood wax at all. Paying pretty much double price compared to other salons on city high street not satisfied

Shannon was lovely today but I'm in no way surprised. I have been going to this salon for years now and have never been let down. I usually get my nails done by the beautiful Akwaa but I can assure you all the ladies deliver. The atmosphere is always lovely snd Cheree the owner is a diamond. Love it here.
