Shannon greeted me when I arrived - super friendly and welcoming, she also informed me of the rewards system at the end of the visit which was super helpful. Jayde did my treatment she did a good job at explaining what the steps were as she was doing them and made me feel relaxed as well as explained aftercare at the end so I could maintain the treatment.
