KH Hair Loughborough

This was my second visit to KH. My first experience was not what I had hoped for but I got tempted back and am really happy that I decided to give it another go. KH definitely seem to care if their clients go away unhappy and do their very best to rectify things.
Sheralyn very patiently listened to my previous concerns. The washing this time was a relaxing experience. Sheralynne advised me about what I had asked for as it was almost a restyle. She gave me ample time and opportunities to change my mind as she started cutting. I was still a bit hesitant about having a fringe cut back in after so long growing it out! I was very happy with the end result.
Already booked the next appointment and complimentary fringe cuts is just brilliant.
