Rachael made me feel very comfortable..... she really made my day with my hair...... she understood everything I was trying to say... how I wanted it cut and everything, she communicated with me throughout about it, because it was a big change but a change I'm so glad I made. She was polite, contentious and felt very comfortable with her cutting my hair. Thank you for making my experience really easy going and relaxed.

Amelia did a great job on my naturally fine hair and I left with a bouncy and sleek blow-dry.

All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have asked Rachael for advice about colouring and styling. I completely trust her as she is very knowledgeable and professional. I always look forward to my visit.

Amelia and I worked out together what would be good for me bearing in mind my type of hair and age. I gave her some pointers and between us we came up with a very good style which she carries out very well.

Making a hair appointment with Wendy is like arranging to see a friend - an occasion to look forward to. Her friendly, quiet professionalism makes it feel like such a treat and my hair is always restored to a healthier, more well- behaved style. She is a real problem solver who over the years has understood my hair and tweaked and tamed it. The salon is a clean, friendly safe environment and the camaraderie between the staff is a pleasure to experience.

Wendy did my colour and Amelia cut and finish. It’s been months and months since having hair done due to covid and me needing to shield. Wendy as usual brilliant with my colour, and listening to fact I wanted some lighter areas. Amelia trimmed hair, and curled it beautifully. I’m due to have chemo soon, so was feeling pretty down at thought of losing hair. They made me feel happier. Thank you xxx

It was a very pleasant experience. Hollie was helpful and cheerful. She seemed to understand what I wanted and carried it out well. I was very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend her. However I was wondering if you did any of reductions for senior citizens as I did find the prices rather high.
