Amelia had cut my hair twice before, the most recent being just before Christmas. So this was over four months, and my hair had kept its style beautifully. She trimmed it back enough to last 6 to 7 weeks. Looks great.

My daughter and I were treated so professionally by Amy. She listened to everything we wanted and even advised something different to what I’d booked in for, based on what I wanted. She was friendly and attentive and her head massage was lovely! We will definitely be booking in again.

I loved that they could help me earlier. The woman asked if I was happy with it and if I wanted any changes which was thoughtful. Very clean. Loved that I could pay with my gift card. The atmosphere was very nice. Calm, good music and calm people.

Had my hair cut by Amelia today, it was my first cut with her, she listened to what I wanted. She is very professional, she took her time and gave me exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend Amelia and Browns.

This was my first visit to the salon and I spoke to Amelia as I have a skin condition and I can only use Sulfates, Parabens and SLS free shampoo and conditioners. Amelia took the time to read through all the labels to find me the right product.

Amelia took the time to listen to what colour and cut I wanted and I left the salon feeling very happy.

Browns hairdressing is a very friendly place ,to have the experience of brilliant hairdressing the lady l have is Wendy l would thoroughly recommend her work she is amazing and makes me feel great l really enjoy going to Browns.

I love it I go every 2 weeks but after today I’m not happy the lady behind me the till was very rude and didn’t bother to even take my next appointment!!!!!!

Frankie listened to my haircut request and offered sound professional advice. I came away very pleased with my cut.

Great hairdressers. Coloured my hair really nicely and styled it exactly how I like it.

Good cut and colour. Unfortunately charged nearly £6 extra for a couple of foils where I didn’t want colour on at the scalp in a very small area, as I had a reaction the previous time. Same colour was used as same as of rest of roots so thought that this was overpriced and would have thought it would have been gratia.

Wendy is utterly fabulous as a stylist and ambassador for Browns.

Had Holly do my hair today colour & cut, for the first time ... felt like she was really engaged & listen to what I was saying ... no hairdresser chit chat she was focused on her job & very polite & professional which reflected in the out come of my hair ... I love it
