Thank you in particular to Hollie but also the rest of the team for a great balyage and hair cut today. Hollie and the team made extra time (3x my original appointment time) and took extra effort to ensure my previous box colour could be lifted and blended in to the new style. The whole team were really friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
