The moment I sat down and Som started to talk to me I knew she was going to give me a really nice haircut. Even with my fringe which has a horrible cow flick she was able to advise me how to deal with that. I came out of the Salon feeling that I had been listened to and she actually took time to give me a really good haircut. Excellent service.

As always Gemma’s talent and lovely personality makes my appointment and end result hair wise fantastic.

This is more than a haircut, it's an hour of relaxation and normality.

Jade always talks me through what options she could give me based on previous visits and what I like. I feel like Jade listens and has a great understanding of colouring whether it’s a balayage, highlights or semi permanent color.
I feel very relaxed in the salon when I’m there. The whole staff team are very nice and attentive.

Mandy has been managing my hair for a few years and knows my style; I know I am in safe hands.
My friend Helen was visiting and she has fine hair as a result of health issues. Mandy talked this through with Helen before cutting and styling her hair.
To see the smile on Helen's face and hear her excited about the advice Mandy gave just made my day.

I have very fine, straight hair and not a huge amount of it to experiment with, but I enjoy my experience with Toni and Guy as my stylist really seems to understand my styling problems and I come away feeling uplifted and rescued! Very pleasant team and nice atmosphere all round.

I found jade’s suggestions clear and helpful, and she was so proficient at doing all those foils! The end result is perfect! I did not expect her to be able to transform my colour so well in the first appointment. I am delighted with it!

She was so kind and could not do enough for me to make me comfortable following my recent operation on my neck and spine. My wash cut and blow was perfect. I left the salon very happy.

Som is always an absolute delight. She cuts my hair beautifully and with such care. I always book at the last minute so recently I have had my hair cut by other members of the team. It is great that. it doesn’t matter who you have, the results are always excellent.
