Excellent as always with the team, and mainly Gemma. Professional, friendly and an expert cut. She is a true asset and credit to the team and salon. My only criticism, not about Gemma, is that there is no facility to add a tip when paying on the system, unless cash, which I forget prior to appt, as people rarely carry physical cash notes anymore. This needs to be addressed please.

Som does an excellent men’s cut. One of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend.

First visit to the salon. Got Mandy by chance after a cancellation. So glad I did. Lovely lady and great stylist. I wanted a fresh new look and she’s given be the best hair I’ve had in years. So pleased…I’ll definitely be back!

Mandy and her colleagues restored my faith in hairdressers and have supported me over the past few months, after a botched colour job done elsewhere. Their patience and empathy gave me confidence and this week I took the leap of faith to get some colour back in my grey hair. I am so happy with the result- subtle strands of gold/light brown that blend perfectly. I feel so much better, my confidence is boosted and I can only thank the team for supporting me.

Excellent as always. I have been using this salon and stylist for years and its worth travelling 15 miles for. I get my half highlights done by Melissa who knows exactly what I want and makes it perfect for me as does Mandy. I always feel a million dollar when I walk out of this salon.

I have really bad PTSD, and I was so scared to have my hair cut off. I couldn't sleep, I was crying all day before the appointment.
My boyfriend spoke to Charlotte before my appointment and explained the situation.
Charlotte was so gentle, considerate and professional. I feel so much better in myself now I've had my hair cut. It needed it. And I feel free. Thanks Charlotte.

I always see Mandy when I’m getting my hair cut, she’s always happy, and genuinely interested in you as a person. An all round great salon with friendly staff, great service and a quality cut.

I booked a 1200 appointment to have a root tint and blow dry, thought it would take an hour and half max - I was still there 3 hours later feeling extremely uncomfortable!! My root tint was fine and all my greys have been covered - however, I was then left in the hands of an apprentice to blow dry my hair, I asked for a wave. After lots of attempts with a hairdryer which clearly wasn’t working, another stylist came over and took the apprentice away. She then came back and said that she would dry my hair once she’d finished with her client. I sat there with hair dried frizzy hair feeling deeply uncomfortable and worrying about the fact that my parking ticket had expired as I didn’t expect to be there for so long and knew I was already late for other engagements. Eventually I got up and told the stylist that i had to leave, she then came over and finished off my hair in record time. I like to think of going to the hairdressers as being real axing and coming out feeling great but I just felt stressed, uncomfortable and embarrassed for the apprentice who just didn’t know what he was doing. The root tint cost me £84, I didn’t have to pay the extra £12 for the blow dry.

As usual, Mel sorted my hair out beautifully. A lovely relax, coffee and chat also.

As always, very happy with the very sweet Som. she always listens to my concerns and immediately gives me the best advice re style, cut or shape. Never disappointed!
